Craig was as usual excellent. Drop off and pickup were rearranged due to snow but service was performed as scheduled, complete and thorough. Car was immaculate in spite of snow storm, both interior and exterior. All covid precautions were observed, show room is pristine. Thanks to greatly appreciated email service discount coupon pricing was reasonable.

This was a very unpleasant experience. This is the only dealership I have been to that has tried to take my temperature during Covid and force me to sit through a presentation before they would let me test drive a vehicle. They also refused to bring the price of the vehicle inside the Kelley blue book guidelines.

I always have a great service experience when I bring in my 2015 Smart Car for routine service at Duncan Acura. Rodney Anthony is tops in checking you in and out and in keeping you updated on how your service is going. Everyone I have encountered in the Service Department is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. For those of us who have to wait, they have a nice waiting area which has the daily newspaper, magazines and a TV. They also have complementary snacks and water for your pleasure. BJ Bailey

Bought our daughter a used car there, her 1st car. Test drove it twice on Saturday and bought it on Monday. Didn’t get 8 miles from the dealership when the check engine light came on, car was jerking uncontrollably and then check right rear turn signal and left rear turn signal and a lot of other lights came on. Routine vehicle maintenance is always a nuisance; however, the Duncan Acura service department has made the experience as convenient as possible. My service coordinator is Rodney. He is knowledgable, courteous and reliable. Russell provides convenient transportation which I always appreciate. The vehicle comes back washed. This last visit they even cleaned the stains from the visor/vanity mirror fabric. I suspect I am paying premium prices but I am willing to do so because of thequality and service they provide.

After 76K began having a vibration when applying brakes at highway speeds. Scheduled service at my conscience and timely uninitiated repairs. Also supplied us with a loaner vehicle since repairs were going to take some time. Repairs seem to have solved the problem...which was all we expected.

Chris was super laid back, not pushy, not overbearing, didn't launch into a long-winded sales pitch, just there for when we had questions and wanted to start the process of purchasing. He was also very up-front about the price and they even showed us their results for similar cars at competing dealerships in the vicinity (I knew they were accurate because I'd seen the same cars in my online searches). Overall a very pleasant experience - I especially appreciated the lack of pushiness and helpful tips to save us money. Highly recommend.

I found a used truck I was looking for at Duncan. Robert Medlin was the sales rep. that worked with me. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful person. The truck had a locking lug nut on each wheel that neither of us knew about because they were covered up by a centerpiece cap. After I got the truck home which was over 80 miles from the dealership and found no special socket to remove the locking lugs, I carried the truck to a local dealer and had each one removed. I have only praise for the help and service that I received while buying a new Acura. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. He showed me everything I wanted to see and realistically compared the pros and cons of each choice. Most remarkably, there was absolutely no pressure and I felt that I was given the time to make my decision after all my questions were answered efficiently and honestly. The manager and person who did the final paperwork with me were similarly helpful. I was extremely happy with the entire experience.

Adam patiently attended our questions and test drive requests as my wife battled indecision between a sedan and SUV. No pressure, no hassling. They all say that been Duncan is different. They gave us the high end of the range on our trade-in and we ended up several thousand below MSRP due to dealer and manufacturer incentives. This was the first car buying/leasing experience where I didn't feel the need to "negotiate." Kudos Duncan. You've earned my business.

I have searched for either an 80 or 100 series Landcruiser for a few years and haven't been able to find the perfect deal. It turns out that Duncan Acura/Audi took in a trade on a 2004 Toyota Landcruiser (mid-facelift) and the vehicle was in stunning condition for it's age. We contacted Adam regarding a used truck at Duncan. We are about 100 miles away from the dealership, but we wanted to see the truck that day. The vehicle was in the shop for some minor repairs, and Adam tracked it down and had it on the lot for us later that day. After a test drive, we sat down and went over the warranty that came with the truck (100,000 miles!) and other options. He explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from the Peters Creek Rd location. Paid cash for our vehicle and they had it 5 out of the 6 weeks after purchase over a RADIO!!!! Felt like we were jerked around and the only honest person was the lady dealer who sold us the vehicle!

I had Robert Medlin as my salesman. He was helpful and full of information on anything I asked him about the vehicles.. He didnt just try to sell me a car for the profit. He put my needs first and help me get the car I could afford and then desired! He is the best salesman I have ever had at ANY dealership! I will buy all my cars from him in the future!

My son found an Audi in which he was interested. He did all the leg work but was inexperienced, having never bought a car. We went to the dealership and met Robert Medlin. He was very comfortable with himself and easy to deal with. I felt that the rationale that he provided for the pricing of the car was reasonable. There was no haggling. I later talked with the manager, Scott Carder who was equally pleasant. All in all, it was a very good experience.
